This is a beautiful farm-stay located 90-minute drive from Amritsar towards Pathankot (on the way to the hills of Himachal and Jammu Kashmir). It is an organic farm surrounded by scenic countryside, farms, villages & small canals/rivers. It offers the best & most authentic experience of rural Punjab.

How to reach: The nearest airport is Amritsar. We are just few km off the two highways going from Amritsar/Chandigarh/Delhi to the hills of J&K (Jammu, Katra, Srinagar, etc) & North-west Himachal (Dharamshala, Mcleodganj, Palampur, Dalhousie, Chamba, etc) which makes our farm stay a perfect stopover for a night or two, on the way up or down the hills. 

Description of the home stay in brief: The Farm stay consists of just 4 independent cottages with attached bathrooms. Each cottage can sleep up to 3 adults or a couple with 2 young kids. Farm is built in a traditional mud houses style however the interiors are well furnished with top-class furniture, mattresses, linen, lights & bath fitting. (Note: We don’t have TVs at the farm). Just 4 rooms make the stay at our farm a very exclusive, tranquil, and relaxing experience, far away from the crowded touristy places. Activities at the farm are walking, cycling, tractor ride, bullock cart ride, turban tying, rural games, kite flying, visit to village Gurudwara and partake or learn farming at our Organic natural farm. A small canal, about 400 fully grown trees & ample birdlife at the farm make it a nature lover's heaven.

Booking Policy:

The booking has to be guaranteed by full payment, 45 days prior to the date of check-in

All bookings are tentative until deposits are made as per the policy. In case the full payment is not received on the specified date, we shall have to release the rooms for other bookings.

 

Cancellation & Refund policy:

For cancellation 45-31 days before the check-in date: 75% refund

For cancellation 30-16 days before the check-in date: 50% refund

For cancellation 15-06 days before the check-in date: 25% refund

For cancellation within 5 days of check-in date: 10% refund

No show on the date of check-in: No refund
